Boulevard pizza Kitchen

I normally do not do fast foods, or an establishment that is considered a Pizzeria..

However when some one is doing a great job, we want to let every one know.
Donna and I want you to know about a job well done.
So this month’s review is for,

Boulevard pizza Kitchen
78 E Allen Street #104
Castle Rock, Colorado. 80108
303-660-6458

Menu is on the web site,
If you’re not hungry now,, you will be after going to the web site…

This enterprise is located in the same parking lot as the Red Robin and Discount Tire if you going up Founders Parkway east from RT 25, you will see it on the left before Front street.
Our family grew up in Brooklyn, New York. And we have had a lot of diverse pizza and pasta dishes, from both grandmas, all my aunts and the professionals cook in the restaurants around the city of New York. So, I have been exposed to this type of food for about 56 years.

The divine aromas coming out of the kitchen will hit you when you’er walking in the door, I must say that “Pullie and Keri” the owners are from my old neighborhood- in Brooklyn, they have created an Italian food mecca, that serves, what we have in old Italian community called “Peasant Food” That now, has worked it’s way into the American culture..
I will start off with the pizza, First and fore most the crust is correctly made and cooked just right, the pizza chef, (Frank) knows what he’s doing making great pizza., I have had a few ;-) and I tried as many  different slices as I could, So far, it is like I am standing on 18th Avenue in Bensonhurst Brooklyn and this, is BROOKLYN pizza, be still my heart.!! The appetizers and sides are just wonderful, try the Pinwheels (pepperoni or spinach) The battered mushrooms come with ranch or marinara sauce and your going to love it.
The Salads are made like what the old Italians in New York used to say, (like the old country). All fresh, high quality ingredients.
The cold subs are big, 12-inch baguette. Sure to fill and satisfy.
The hot subs are in the top five that I have ever had. The sausage parmigiana must be tried.
Sausage and peppers taste like you are eating at the feast in little Italy in lower Manhattan.
If you like cheese then you must try the calzone. I will tell you that the meatballs made here will impress the most discriminating and hard-core Italians. Do not pass them up

The pasta dish’s are just like “Nona” (grandma) used make.
When Morgan brings you you’re delectable order I am sure that mouth watering will take place and the only way to stop it is EAT!! “Mangiare bene” (eat well) Can you tell that I like this place?
I could go on but for the constraints of space. May be two or three more pages.

I think you understand, that this place is a great place to dine. Wine and beer are served. They also have a patio with fantastic views of the mountains for dinning alfresco. They also cater, and will customize a menu for your event.
This is one of the many restaurant establishments that is making Castle Rock, Colorado
Thee exceptional region to live, eat, drink and enjoy the arts. We are all better off for it.
